Is "The Office" A Good Tool For Stopping Workplace Harassment?

National Public Radio today posted an interesting and amusing article on whether the television sitcom "The Office" can be used as a model for what human resources departments should not do. [See www.npr.org.] The article discusses how the show is a good example of why companies need (and should provide) diversity training and harassment seminars.

Those readers/viewers interested in learning about B&E's views regarding the importance of diversity training and sexual harassment prevention seminars for employers, should feel free to contact a B&E attorney (our information is to the left of this posting, under "Welcome").
